- Customers are requested to verify all product details, customization information, and order specifications before confirming the order.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized Gifts
- Engraving Products
- Personalized Photo Frames
- Return Gifts made as per customer requirements
- Special Combo Offers prepared on request
Once customization or engraving work has started, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
3. Eligible Return Cases
Returns or replacements may be accepted only in the following situations:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing items in the package
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be processed after verification and approval by Prasanna’s Gift Gallery.
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time through the original payment method or another suitable method.
- Shipping or delivery charges, if any, may not be refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before the customization or processing work begins.
- Once the order is processed, printed, engraved, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Replacement Policy
- Eligible replacement requests will be processed based on product availability.
- Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on location and customization requirements.
7. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate customization details, delivery address, and contact information.
- Prasanna’s Gift Gallery is not responsible for issues caused due to incorrect information provided by customers.
